Im booked and packed, nearly ready to head back to the cold.
G'day everyone. I hope all is well.
Well everything is nearly done ready for my prompt departure. The container is packed with all my bikes and stuff, due to set sail for Glasgow on Monday. My flight is sorted and I should be able to make the Eastbourne Fans Forum at the stadium on the 13th of Feb.
In the mean time Im just working on my fitness and helping out with dad when ever he needs it(fingers crossed thats bugger all). Now I have a little more time to myself, I'm really starting to get excited about the coming season. I'm going to be the best prepared for a season then ever before. I have some really good engines, I'm the fittest I have been for 4 years and I have some great people around me, guiding me the right direction. Lots of things are similar to last year; I will be again riding for Eastbourne and I have my Mechanic and great mate Ash Wooler swinging off the spanners again. I also showed a bit of form racing at home and I may even have my starts sorted out. Fingers crossed.
But a lot of things are different too. I have signed with Miskolc, a Hungarian based team who will be racing in the Polish 1st Division. I'm Captain of the Eastbourne team- A job I never dreamed of, but will take the opportunity with both hands, and Im over my dreaded back injury which plagued me for all of 2009.
So all is looking good now. I have a lot of new parts ordered and hopefully they will be ready when I land, and one more new thing, there will be a change of bike colours for 2010 as I will no longer be sponsored by Hagon Shocks. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Martin Hagon for all his help the last two years. I am few sponsors down on past year and if you know anyone
who would be interested in sponsoring me, I have an email address through this webpage that they can get in touch. When Im back in England I'd love to come and speak with you.
Thats about it really. I just cant wait to get back and put my bikes together then onto testing to see what the new exhaust muffler rules will change in the way of performance and handeling.
Thank you for reading, and your ongoing support.
